Our Story
Founded in 2008 by Kevin Gilles, 25th Hour Services began with a simple idea: give homeowners an extra “hour” in their busy days. In 2012, as we shifted our focus toward retail and commercial clients, Kevin was shocked by the level of incompetence and lack of honor he found in this industry. Where he comes from, answering the phone, showing up on time, doing excellent work, communicating well, and doing honest business isn’t exceptional — it’s just the standard. That’s why we’re committed to bringing a heart of service to facility maintenance and restoring honor to the trades.
Today, we serve retail and commercial facilities across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana — a self-performing team plus our flex team and trusted partners delivering everything from plumbing and electrical to painting, drywall, and emergency repairs. 18+ years of experience and a recall rate under 1% back up our commitment to quality, and our exceptional communication has made us preferred vendors for hundreds of repeat clients.
