25th Hour Services is looking for a Senior Tech who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to businesses by maintaining and resolving issues in their commercial facilities. Our ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance and construction trade and will be customer service-focused, highly detail-oriented, and able to work well with our team of professional technicians and office staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Create estimates for customers using our software
  • Check into jobs using our software and the preferred method of the customer
  • Document the proposed work to be done or work that is being done
  • Document material purchased for work being done
  • Document labor hours needed for a job
  • Perform the work needed based on the work order created by the customer
  • Check out of the job using our software and the preferred method of the customer
  • Communicate with clients with updates, increases in price, or other reasons needed to be communicated
  • Communicate with other facilities maintenance technicians on work needed done on certain jobs
  • Work by yourself or with a team to complete work orders
  • Have clients sign documentation provided by 25th Hour or our clients

Qualifications:

  • Must own a Truck/Van/SUV with tow hitch
  • Must own their own tools
  • Must have 5 years of experience in facility maintenance/construction trade
  • Must have a driver’s license
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Own a Smartphone (iPhone preferred)

The Assistant Branch Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Providing support to the Branch Manager and filling in when necessary.
  • Ensuring the office is running smoothly, is profitable, and is meeting our company goal to the best of our ability.
  • Reviewing parts orders and returns daily.
  • Ensuring invoicing and quotes are uploaded to customer portals as needed.
  • Managing, updating, and growing supplier/subcontractor relationships.
  • Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the location.
  • Assisting in hiring.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of training.
  • Managing the warehouse.
  • Performing work orders as needed.
  • Ordering materials.
  • Negotiating prices for work orders with manager approval.
  • Model company culture/culture of honor.
